FAQ's
1. REGISTER
By clicking on the "sign in" button above on the right, you will proceed with the registration.
Thus, in addition to accessing the purchase, you can consult the status of your orders in the "My account section".
2. ADD TO CART
By clicking on the button "Add to cart" at the bottom of the product, you can transfer all the items you want to buy to your cart. As you add the products to your cart, you will automatically see the total amount of the purchase updated. You can consult the contents of your trolley in the box located in the vertical bar at any time and proceed with the purchase steps. It is also possible to update the cart by eliminating products or changing their quantity.
3. BUY
Proceeding with the purchase is very easy! Once you are sure of what has been added to the cart, click on the "buy" button in the box on the left or if you are already on the cart page, click on "Proceed with the purchase". From here on, follow the steps that are suggested to you until the actual payment. We remind you that if you need to receive the invoice for your purchase, you will need to send an e-mail with the billing information to this address: eshop@dekoidea.com
