Method of withdrawal

1) The purchased good must be intact and returned in the original packaging complete in all its parts, including packaging and any documentation. 2) The shipment, until it is received in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer and at his own expense.
3) Dekoidea is not liable in any way for damage, theft or loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.
Return of goods
If the customer-consumer has decided to exercise the right of withdrawal by Dekoidea, without prejudice to any restoration costs for damage to the original packaging, will refund the customer the amount of the returned products within 14 days from the return of the goods by reversing the amount charged to the credit card or by bank transfer. In the latter case it will be the customer's responsibility to promptly provide the bank details (including IBAN code) on which to make the refund. The cost of shipping costs will not be refunded.
When the right of withdrawal expires
The right of withdrawal is totally lost in cases where Dekoidea ascertains:
